Because every piece is produced in small handmade batches, we are unable to offer returns for change of mind.
We encourage customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.

Shipping is a flat rate of $15 for express shipping, Australia wide.Â
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly resolve the issue.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
Once assessed, we may offer:
- A replacement item (subject to availability), or
- Store credit
Exchanges
Due to the limited nature of our collections, exchanges are only offered when stock is available.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
